China Mobile Calls for Global Cooperation Based on 4G Network



 China Mobile CEO, Li Yue, called for suppliers to deliver multi-mode 4G devices that could be used internationally, not just in China.
China Mobile is the largest mobile network operator in China, Yue pictured his ambition for more cooperation globally.
“We want a standardised and converged communications service, available natively [on devices],” he said. “We want to make sure all operators enjoy these services.”
China Mobile was awarded a TD-LTE licence in December of 2013, is develeping the biggest 4G network in the world – and TDD-based – and wants to make sure of interoperability ,which would be critical to China Mobile 's global strategy.
